EPSON COLORWORKS C3500-D3800-C4000 + MC-PRO
The Epson ColorWorks C3500, D3800, C4000-series can be paired with two MC-PRO units. When an MC-PRO is positioned before the printer, it functions as an unwinder, feeding labels into the printer. When positioned after the printer, it functions as a rewinder, collecting the printed labels.
With two MC-PRO units, one can unwind while the other rewinds, creating a complete print-and-rewind setup. For every setup, we recommend using the specific Epson rewinder and unwinder alignment plate to make positioning the units easier.

The Epson ColorWorks C3500, D3800, C4000-series can be linked to two UNI-CAT’s.Â
When you use 2 UNI-CAT’s, one operates as an unwinder as the other functions as a rewinder. With every set-up, we recommend to use the universal alignment plates that make the outlining of the set-up easier.

EPSON COLORWORKS C3500-D3800-C4000 + UNI-CAT + TWIN-MATRIX
The Epson ColorWorks C3500, D3800, C4000-series can be paired with a UNI-CAT unwinder and a TWIN-MATRIX matrix removal unit. The UNI-CAT feeds the label roll into the printer. After printing, the TWIN-MATRIX removes the waste matrix—the excess material around the labels—and rewinds it separately from the finished labels. This leaves the labels cleanly cut and ready to use, making it especially useful for producing borderless, full-bleed labels. The TWIN-MATRIX can be integrated inline with the printer and supports the backfeed process used by colour printers such as the Epson ColorWorks C3500, D3800, C4000-series.
For every setup, we recommend using the universal alignment plates to make positioning the units easier.

When the Epson ColorWorks C3500, D3800, C4000-series is combined with 2 specific alignment plates for the ColorWorks C3500 rewinder, ColorWorks C4000/D3800 rewinder or ColorWorks-C3500/D3800/C4000 unwinder alignment plates, together with an MC-PRO Unwinder and an MC-PRO Rewinder, labels will be feeded into the printer and rewound as they get printed.

When the Epson ColorWorks C3500, D3800, C4000-series is combined with 2 universal alignment plates, a UNI-CAT Unwinder and a UNI-CAT Rewinder, labels will be feeded into the printer and rewound as they get printed.

To print colour labels full-bleed, without white edges, you can combine the Epson ColorWorks C3500, D3800, C4000-series colour printer with a TWIN-MATRIX! This product makes sure that both your waste material as well as your definitive labels are rolled up on two, separate rolls. Recommended to add the UNI-CAT as unwinder and use of the universal alignment plates for an easy setup.
