Yes. Labelmate offers customization options for special label sizes, core diameters, and roll widths. Contact us for tailored solutions.
Yes! We offer several counting solutions, including a counting package or a self-contained reel-to-reel unit. Both options allow you to count labels, convert large rolls into smaller ones, change the winding direction, or switch to a different core size.
Yes! We offer the SLIT-DELUXE-STATION, a complete station with three connected devices: an unwinder, slitter, and rewinder. Label slitters allow you to efficiently produce high quantities of smaller labels by printing multiple-across rolls and slitting them into individual rolls. Our SR slitter/rewinder combinations can fulfill this function even in line with your printer.
Yes — the TWIN-CAT-2 and our RRC-330 devices are dual-spindle machines that make it quick and easy to deliver label rolls exactly as you need them. Rewind labels onto a different core size, create small rolls from longer ones, reverse the order, or rewind a specific quantity using the optional inspection and preset counter feature.
Yes! With our TWIN-MATRIX, you can easily separate the waste matrix from your label roll after printing. This allows you to print 2 mm wider, avoiding a bleed margin on the edge of your label.
A rewinder collects printed labels back onto a roll, while an unwinder feeds blank labels into the printer. Both improve the autonomy and efficiency of your print solution.
Yes. The unique UNI-CAT models can be configured for both rewinding and unwinding.
Yes. Most models can be adjusted to fit a wide range of label widths and roll diameters. Refer to each product’s technical specifications for exact limits.
For various devices (CAT-3, UNI-CAT, TWIN-CAT-2, UCAT-S, RRC-330, etc.), multiple compatible models are available. The most common options include three variable chuck lengths (170 mm, 220 mm, 270 mm), ACH, 1-inch, 10-inch, and a standard model. Each model has its strengths and is recommended based on your specific application.
For example, if you frequently work with different core diameters, we suggest the ACH model, as it supports core sizes from 25–101 mm. If the core diameter is always the same, a chuck or standard model is more convenient. We are happy to help you select the most appropriate configuration.
First, we separate Colour Inkjet Printers (CIP) from the more common Thermal Transfer Printers (TTP).
CIP requires occasional back feeding from the media. This functionality is supported by the smart UNI-CAT rewinder/unwinder, using a tension arm, making it the perfect companion for this print technology. The unique zero-tension ZCAT models are also designed with CIP in mind.
For TTP, we offer the MINI-CAT and CAT-3 rewinders in many configurations, providing a solution for any roll diameter, core size, and label width.
You can also contact your local partner or Labelmate for assistance in choosing the most appropriate model for your application.

That depends on what you ordered. Each device and its parts are typically packed together in one box. For combined systems — such as a Slit-Deluxe-Station — the three devices are packed separately, but each includes its own components. This information is always listed on the shipping note, indicating how many boxes are included.
If you believe any parts are missing, please check all packaging carefully first. Our team packs every order with great care — smaller components are securely fixed inside the box, often attached to the inner sides of the cardboard, to prevent damage during transport.
Each package includes a user manual with step-by-step installation instructions. Most Labelmate products are plug-and-play and come with all necessary mounting parts and tools. If you experience any difficulties, feel free to contact your local partner or Labelmate directly.
That’s great to hear! Please contact us via contact form, and we’ll be happy to discuss partnership opportunities, conditions, and the support we provide to our partners.

Delivery time depends on the type of device, the quantity you need, and whether it’s a standard or custom-made model. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date. In most cases, we can ship units within a few days, depending on stock availability and production planning.
