The Classic Labelmate self-powered Unwinder with Adjustable Speed-Proportional Braking. The UCAT-LC-XL accepts up to 400mm diameters rolls and up to 170mm label width.
The zero-tension unwinder has a free hanging loop of label stock, which is created between the printer and the unwinder. Thereby eliminating all tension on the paper path and printer. A special chassis-mounted adjustable sensor starts and stops the unwinder based on the optimum depth of the loop.
