The Count-200-Deluxe Station is the ideal off-line solution for counting and managing heavy rolls of labels with precision. It allows you to verify the exact number of labels on a roll, divide large rolls into smaller ones using the preset count-and-stop feature, and re-tension loose rolls with ease.
With it’s bi-directional operation and variable speed control, the Count-200-Deluxe gives you complete flexibility, while the pre-set counter automatically stops the rewinder at the requested quantity for accurate, hands-free counting. Designed to handle rolls with a maximum weight of 10 kg it delivers reliable performance for even the most demanding workflows.
