Since the launch of the MC-PRO, we’ve continued to develop and improve our intelligent rewinding solution to offer even more flexibility for different label and media applications.
During our second MC-PRO launch last month, we introduced a new configuration: the MC-PRO with Adjustable Core Holder (ACH).
Choose the core holder
that fits your application
The MC-PRO is now available with two different core holder configurations:
- Chuck – the original configuration, ideal for standard applications using specific core sizes.
- Adjustable Core Holder (ACH) – a flexible solution that accommodates a wider range of core diameters, from 25 to 101 mm.
With the ACH, the core holder can be adjusted to the required core diameter, making the MC-PRO suitable for an even broader range of rewinding applications.
This gives you more freedom when working with different media types, roll configurations and printer setups — while maintaining the simple and intuitive operation the MC-PRO is designed for.
Designed to work with your printer
The MC-PRO can be combined with a wide range of professional label printers. To make integration with different printer models as easy and precise as possible, we have developed a range of alignment plates.
For selected printer models, dedicated alignment plates have been developed to position the MC-PRO perfectly in relation to the printer and the label path. These model-specific plates ensure a stable and correctly aligned setup, making installation quick and straightforward.
We also offer a universal alignment plate, providing greater flexibility when combining the MC-PRO with other printer models or setups.
MC-PRO + Epson, Toshiba & Zebra printers
To showcase some of the possibilities, we have created dedicated setup videos featuring the MC-PRO combined with Epson, Toshiba and Zebra label printers.
The videos show how the MC-PRO is positioned in relation to the printer and how the alignment solution can be used to create a correctly aligned setup. Whether you are working with a printer for which a dedicated alignment plate is available or another printer model, the MC-PRO offers the flexibility to adapt to your setup.

Its Smart Tension Control automatically adapts the rewinding process as the roll builds up, maintaining consistent web tension from the core to the finished roll. Combined with stepless motor control and simple one-button operation, the MC-PRO provides an intuitive solution for a wide range of label rewinding applications.
With the choice between the Chuck and Adjustable Core Holder, dedicated alignment plates for selected printer models and a universal alignment plate, the MC-PRO can be configured to suit different applications and printer setups.
