Labelmate is expanding its label dispenser range with five models featuring an integrated counter, combining reliable label dispensing with accurate label counting in one easy-to-use solution.

Designed to make label handling faster and more efficient, the new counter models allow operators to dispense individual labels while keeping track of exactly how many labels have been dispensed.

Five counter-equipped models for different label applications

The new range includes five counter-equipped label dispensers, available in different widths and configurations:

  • 2 RS-XL models for regular labels: LD-115-RS-XL-C2 and LD-165-RS-XL-C2
  • 3 U-XL models for a wide range of label types, including transparent and black labels: LD-115-U-XL-C2, LD-165-U-XL-C2 and LD-225-U-XL-C2

This makes it easy to choose the right dispenser based on both label width and label material. All models use a practical peel-and-present design. As the label material passes through the dispenser, the label is peeled away from its backing material and presented at the front of the unit, ready to be picked up by the operator. The next label is then automatically advanced.

Integrated counting for better process control

The integrated incremental counter keeps track of the number of labels dispensed, making the new models particularly useful for applications requiring precise label quantities, batch counting or improved process control.

The counter features a memory function and reset button, allowing operators to retain the count and easily reset it when starting a new batch or production run.

By combining dispensing and counting in one unit, the integrated counter can also help reduce manual counting and improve accuracy during production.

Long-lasting and easy to use

The counter module is equipped with a battery with a lifespan of up to 8 years, providing reliable long-term operation without frequent battery replacement.

As with Labelmate’s existing label dispensers, the new models are designed for all-day, everyday use, offering a simple and reliable solution for professional label handling.
