Circular product design
At Labelmate, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and promoting responsible practices throughout the entire lifecycle of our products.
Our machines are designed for longevity and repairability. Every component is individually replaceable, making our products truly circular. This approach minimizes waste and significantly extends product lifespans, allowing users to repair or upgrade components rather than replace entire machines.
To support this, we provide exploded view drawings for each Labelmate product, making it easy to identify the exact part number needed for any potential repair. You can find these near each product or in our partner portal.
3D drawings / STEP files
In response to frequent partner requests, we have made STEP files available for download through the partner portal. These files allow easy integration of Labelmate products into larger solutions.
For the UNI-CAT, UNI-CAT-XL, and CAT-3, we also provide detailed drawings showing setups with both thermal transfer printers and color inkjet printers, offering a clear overview of the required space and recommended configurations.
