LD-115-U-XL-C2

The new LD-115-U-XL-C2  uses a peel and present design with the latest photoelectric technology to dispense all types of labels while accurately keeping track of the number of labels dispensed. The set-up is very easy. In less than 30 seconds, there is just one simple adjustment for label length.

A special reflective sensor sits below the label and reliably senses the leading edge of you label. As the operator picks up a label, the next one is automatically and instantly advanced, while the integrated counter keeps track of the number of labels dispensed.

The integrated incremental counter makes the LD-115-U-XL-C2 ideal for applications requiring precise label quantities, batch counting or improved process control. It features a memory function and reset button, allowing operators to easily keep track of dispensed labels and reset the count when needed.

The counter module is equipped with a battery with a lifespan of up to 8 years, ensuring reliable counting without frequent battery replacement.

The label dispenser is equipped with 35mm core holders that accept all cores from 38 to 76mm
External roll diameter is 220mm.

The new LD-115-U-XL-C2 features a stainless steel chassis, ideal for food & beverage or pharmaceutical markets.
